Event Details

Reset the Internal Thermostat and Restore Optimal Performance
Connecting the dots between the gut, brain, hormones, and the immune system

Health, wellness and disease prevention are topics often overlooked in the primary care setting. Presently, medicine is evolving to a predictive science as the underlying physiological dysfunctions that cause later disease have been discovered over the past 30 years.

Prospective medicine is the term used form medicine focused on using interventions that improve the functional health of an individual.  An overview of the conditions we will address include maintaining and restoring a healthy immune system focusing on gastrointestinal health, brain health, and hormonal homeostasis.

These systems are are generally inter-related.  Autoimmune disease and associated diseases are multi-factorial in nature and require multiple modalities for optimal therapeutic results.

This course is designed to provide clinical pearls for discussing and creating optimal health and wellbeing using the best therapies available. We will discuss how nutrient therapies, hormonal therapies, peptide therapies, and platelet rich plasma can restore pathophysiology as well as rejuvenate injured or damaged tissue, and prophylactically address degeneration and disease.

First, we will look at the scope and breadth of the problem with an overview of the pathophysiology.
Next, we will examine a pyramind approach to addressing the most common conditions.
Finally, we will review case studies so you can easily implement these strategies in your office the next business day.
